Where does Lely Golf Estates begin and end?
Lely Golf Estates is all of the homes and lots on the east and west sides of St. Andrews Blvd from US 41 East and St. Andrews Blvd to St Andrews Blvd and Forest Hills Blvd. This encompasses all the streets east and west of St. Andrews Blvd as well. Additionally, Unit I is located off Rattlesnake Hammock Road. These streets include Doral Circle, Willow Creek Lane,Oakland Hills Drive, and Warwick Hills Drive.

Can I attend a Board of Directors meeting?
Absolutely! We love having the residents of the community attend our monthly meetings. It shows us you care about the community and want to be involved.

When and where are the meetings?
Our Board of Directors meetings are held each month at 6pm. Location and date may vary at this time. Click on Important Notices to find when and where each monthly meeting will take place.

What are our yearly HOA fees?
Our yearly HOA fee is $100.00. They are due by March 1st every year.

Of course! Please join us at one of our regularly scheduled Board meetings and we will let you know of all available positions so we can make the right match for your interest and skills.
